2017年3月14日，新疆油田開發(fā)公司經(jīng)理王康軍來到新疆正通公司調(diào)研指導(dǎo)工作。新疆正通公司董事長總經(jīng)理李月廷就公司的基本情況、鉆井工作策劃、自主化管理等幾方面作了匯報(bào)。
新疆油田開發(fā)公司經(jīng)理王康軍聽完新疆正通公司的工作匯報(bào)后，認(rèn)為新疆正通公司工作扎實(shí)，近期、遠(yuǎn)期規(guī)劃很好。同時(shí)對(duì)新疆正通公司下一步的工作提出了幾點(diǎn)要求和建議：
一、基礎(chǔ)在井隊(duì)，要充分了解、掌握施工區(qū)塊及井的基礎(chǔ)資料，制定鉆井技術(shù)方案，提前有預(yù)案，保證井控質(zhì)量。
二、安全工作責(zé)任重大。基層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等安全責(zé)任人要崗位職責(zé)清楚，獎(jiǎng)罰分明。
三、抓好環(huán)保工作。環(huán)保是硬指標(biāo)，要做好環(huán)保的具體事項(xiàng)，不能造成二次污染。井隊(duì)柴油發(fā)電要逐步向使用工業(yè)電力轉(zhuǎn)變，減少環(huán)境污染。
四、數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)。公司要加強(qiáng)鉆井資料的數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)，要建立區(qū)塊、井位、工藝、技術(shù)處理手段等資料的數(shù)據(jù)庫，形成技術(shù)支撐的基礎(chǔ)，同時(shí)也是技術(shù)的沉淀。
五、工具國產(chǎn)化。公司要充分發(fā)揮與國內(nèi)科研機(jī)構(gòu)及院校合作的優(yōu)勢(shì)，加大鉆井工具的研發(fā)，為鉆井降本增效做出貢獻(xiàn)。
六、溝通交流。希望加強(qiáng)與正通公司在國際化人才的培訓(xùn)等方面的交流活動(dòng)。
