6月22日，公司常務副總經理余可分別赴烏爾禾油砂礦、六一區、新春采油廠正在施工的9支鉆井隊伍進行慰問。公司財務總監李梅生、副總經濟師徐巖繼、副總機械師何軍旗，機關財務部、經營部、人事部、裝備部、安環部、物資供應中心、工會、鉆井項目部負責人陪同。
余可轉達公司董事長對鉆井一線員工節日的慰問和關心。代表領導班子，感謝節日期間堅守崗位工作的所有員工。
座談會上，余可認真聽取和記錄鉆井隊伍反映的問題。機關各職能部門現場答復和解決，暫時不能解決的，當面確定整該時間期限。
余可指出，現在天氣炎熱，鉆井搬家頻繁，要做好員工防暑降溫工作，切實關心員工身體健康，要落到實處。要重視和加強安全生產，鉆井項目部和安全監理要履職盡責。要珍惜來之不易的市場，精心組織施工，確保質量和高效。
余可強調，正通公司的發展壯大離不開所有員工的努力和辛勤付出。這次帶機關各職能部門到基層，就是想傾聽一線員工的困難、訴求、愿望及對機關工作改進的想法建議，共同為正通公司的發展獻策獻力。
公司對疆外及海外一線員工也進行了節日慰問。

Yu Ke conveyed the company’s chairman’s greetings and care to the drilling frontline employees during the holiday. On behalf of the leadership, he thanked all employees who stuck to their positions during the holiday.
At the meeting, Yu Ke carefully listened and recorded the issues reported by the drilling team. The functional departments gave on-site responses and solutions. For problems that could not be solved on the spot, the time limitfor addressing the issue was confirmed at the meeting.
Yu Ke pointed out that the weather is now hot and drilling moving is frequent. It is necessary to take measures to prevent heatstroke. The policy to truly care about the meantal and physical health of employees must be implemented in a practical manner. Value and strengthen production safety, and the drilling project department and safety supervision must perform their duties. We must cherish the hard-won market, carefully organize construction, and ensure quality and efficiency.
Yu Ke emphasized that the development and growth of Zhengtong Oil & Gas cannot be separated from the efforts and hard work of all employees. He said that the purpose of bringing functional departments to the drilling team is to listen to the difficulties, demands, wishes and suggestions of front-line employees for improving the company's work, jointly contributing to the development of Zhengtong Oil & Gas.
