公司董事長李熙對調研組一行的到來表示歡迎和感謝。并就公司基本情況，2022年及2023年科研項目開展情況做了詳細匯報。
陳科萍認真聽取了公司在生產中遇到的困難和問題，并就市級、自治區級科研項目申報、科技政策、科研創新平臺等工作中存在的問題進行了現場指導。
陳科萍表示，政府將幫助公司解決實際困難，鼓勵企業走創新發展之路。同時表示，正通公司作為新疆油聯的重點企業，要發揮自己的優勢，與各大高校聯合創辦實驗室。

He also saidthat Zhengtong Oil & Gas, the leading enterprise in Xinjiang Oil Industry Association, should give full play to its advantages and jointly establish laboratories with major universities.
