中秋節(jié)前一天，董事長(zhǎng)李熙帶我們到井隊(duì)節(jié)日慰問。慰問結(jié)束，走出板房，大家邊聊邊往停車區(qū)走，一拐彎，一身紅工服的大個(gè)子就沖到我們跟前，雙手遞上小紙條，我們每人一張。
“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們看一下，我們有合作的機(jī)會(huì)嗎？”
我雙手接過小紙條，抬頭看他，紅工服映的臉黝黑油亮，撤回的雙手蒼勁粗實(shí)，堅(jiān)定的眼神中透出真誠(chéng)，更有些許期待。
“在國(guó)外干過嗎？”董事長(zhǎng)看了看紙條，
“墨西哥干了七年，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理”，
“那很好啊，找機(jī)會(huì)我們聊聊國(guó)外項(xiàng)目”，
僅僅20秒的駐足，三兩句話，收著他的小紙條，揮手告別，我們離開井場(chǎng)。
一上車，我們都很感慨，我甚至感到一絲震撼。國(guó)企職工，工作穩(wěn)定待遇優(yōu)厚，干好本職工作就行啊。也許，這只是通俗上的理解，舊觀念下的認(rèn)知。今天，他作為國(guó)企職工，放下身段，見縫插針尋求任何一絲推銷展現(xiàn)自己的機(jī)會(huì)。國(guó)企職工尚能如此積極主動(dòng)、自我突破，我們呢？深刻反思吧！轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，打開思路。工作量不會(huì)主動(dòng)跑到跟前，市場(chǎng)是開拓出來的，信息是交流出來的。穩(wěn)定的企業(yè)平臺(tái)，持續(xù)的養(yǎng)家糊口能力，是大家共同的目標(biāo)，最基本的訴求?？墒且咔橹拢蟓h(huán)境堪憂，我們每一個(gè)人都務(wù)必動(dòng)起來，不放過一絲的機(jī)遇，艱苦奮斗，自力更生。再大的浪，我們齊心協(xié)力，也終將是那粒厚實(shí)的沉淀下來的沙！
回到公司，我聯(lián)系了紙條上的他。他對(duì)我說“我本職分管安全和設(shè)備，我自己加了市場(chǎng)……”

Back at the company, I contacted the person on the note. He said to me, "I am in charge of safety and equipment, and I've taken on additional responsibilities in marketing..."
